Account Manager - Temp to Perm after 12 weeks. Our progressive client who are based in Harlow is seeking an Account Manager to work in a small friendly relaxed team. The role involves looking after both existing and new customers.This is a brilliant opportunity for an Account Manager to join a small friendly team in a vibrant office. The role will be offered on a Temp to Perm basis, with the intention of transferring to a permanent contract after 12 weeks. Full training will be provided with a comprehensive induction programme. The company truly value their people and want to invest in them personally and professionally to help them develop and progress.

  Benefits/Terms
  • In addition to the basic salary there is also a £6,000 annual bonus which is paid quarterly
  • Hours: 8.30-5pm with half an hour lunch. 
  • Annual Leave: 25 days, rising by one day per year of each year of service up to 30 days. Plus paid Bank holidays.
  • Great additional benefits are introduced once you become a permanent employee. 
 Main Duties/Responsiblities:
  • To develop and support product sales / market share growth in line with company objectives and targets within the business.
  • To provide quotes and orders via warm leads
  • To prospect for new business within the industry 
  • To maintain contact with the company's customers and potential customers 
  • To acquire the necessary selling skills, product knowledge and understanding of company policy
  • To ensure adequate contact coverage of the designated customers both internal and external, in line with company objectives.
  • To report on a regular basis to the Sales Manager on market trends, competitor activities and matters affecting company products and policy.
  • To deal with complaints should they arise. 
  • To support the Sales Manager in the pursuit of new sales opportunities.
