They are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team and contribute to  their business growth.  Job Overview:As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our cleaning services. You will play a key role in driving sales and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct client visits to assess cleaning needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements in line with company policies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback to management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Full UK driving license (if applicable) and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
