Job Title: Sales Executive/BDM Location: Harlow based and site visits into London and West EndSalary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic OTE £70-80kJob Type: Full-time 8.30-5pm  Sales experience essential, all necessary industry training will be given.Proven track record with B2B achievements advantageous. This role will involves some unsociable hours in London and West End meeting potential clients onsite during the training period. Ideal person for this role will be someone that lives fairly locally to Harlow as there will need to be some extensive on site training so the area will need to be commutable. Why you should apply:• Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission. 5% OTE per contract submitted. Potential to earn in excess of £80k+ per annum.• Company Vehicle or car allowance, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 3 years.• Pension.• 100% website enquires for you to follow up.The Role:• Follow up on website enquiries and leads to exceed customer expectation.• Using initiative, commercial experience and awesome selling techniques to gain the best result for our services and achieve your monthly target.• Consistent prospecting for new contract opportunities.• Calling new , dormant, and existing customers to create new enquiries to grow our client account portfolio.• You will liaise with customers, visiting their premises, understand what they need, guide them to the right service, and make it easy for them to select the best option to suit their requirements.• Complete all sales quotations timely.About you:• You will hold a full UK driving Licence, non negotiable.• You are Friendly, driven, flexible, reliable, honest, and enthusiastic.• Confident, professional spoken and written communication skills are vital.• You thrive on smashing targets and enjoy the rewards.• Industry and commercial experience preferable but not essential.
