We are now seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success. Key Responsibilities As a Business Development Executive, you will: 路Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities, primarily targeting clients across London and the West End. 路Utilise effective sales techniques to acquire new clients and grow the company's contract base. 路Make outbound calls and conduct face-to-face client meetings to expand your portfolio of accounts. 路Prepare and present competitive quotes to clients following meetings, demonstrating a strong understanding of their requirements. 路Work towards and exceed sales targets, using your persistence and goal-oriented approach to succeed. 路Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client on boarding and service delivery. Skills & Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 路Proven experience in sales, recruitment, business development, or field sales. 路A highly motivated, target-driven mindset, with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals. 路Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. 路A proactive attitude, with strong organisational and time-management skills. 路Full UK driver's license, as the role involves frequent travel across London.
