Main requirements of the role
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Use systems to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
- Stay informed about industry developments and maintain knowledge of products and services.
What we are looking for from great candidates
- Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of achieving targets.
- Experience in IT hardware sales would be valuable.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
