  • Manage and lead a sales team while maintaining office and field-based responsibilities.
  • Confidently identify and pursue new customer opportunities, with a proven track record in cold calling, booking appointments, and winning new business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with larger corporate clients and technical retailers or industrial manufacturers.
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of electrical principles, essential for working with technical electronic products.
  • Display a passion for sales, coupled with honesty and integrity in all dealings.
To be considered for the role of Senior Technical Sales Manager:
  • Experience in managing people and sales teams.
  • Electrical/Electronic qualification and technical background is essential.
  • Proven experience working with large corporate clients and/or technical retailers or industrial manufacturers.
  • Full clean driving licence and a history of reliable job performance.
  • Must be able to commute to Harlow office.
  • Presentable, with clear spoken English, and confident in all customer-facing activities.
The Package for the role of Senior Technical Sales Manager:
  • Basic salary between £45,000 and £50,000 pa (depending on experience) £70,000 OTE (uncapped).
  • Generous Commission, Pension, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Company Car provided.
  • Full product training will be offered.
