Reviewing agent holdings and assist with chasing overdue jobs. • Assisting with the review of jobs for allocation and reallocation and determining which agents to instruct • Supporting allocations by reviewing upcoming allocations and identifying resource requirements • Dealing with and resolving ad hoc queries by phone and email from enforcement agents including escalating to senior management when required. • Monitoring the Enforcement mailbox. • Recognising any agent issues and raising to management • Making regular calls to enforcement agents in order to identify any issues. • Performing spot checks when in cases for paperwork to ensure that enforcement agents are working in accordance with our policies. • Being the first point of contact and providing daily support to the enforcement agents in a timely manner. • Managing DVLA enquires on the internal system. • Running HPI checks on vehicles. • Tracing companies and debtors using tools provided. • Any other ad hoc duties as directed by a manager as may from time to time be reasonably required Skills and Experience • Good general education to GCSE level • Knowledge of Microsoft Office functions including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Organisational/administrative skills • Prior experience in an administrative role • Good level of communication Desirable Requirements • Knowledge of enforcement/debt recovery • Court Enforcement Services system operation (training given
