A Leading Automotive retailer who are both fast-moving and established is seeking a Customer Service Candidate to join them in a new role.

This is the perfect entry-level role into the fast-moving world of Automotive. Maybe you have Good Customer Service Skills from a large Retailer and are looking for a role with Growth, Better Earning Potential and Some Autonomy - This is the role for you!

With You working in Partnership with the Transaction Manager, both of you can assist the customer and earn well, this role is very much a team job!

Position: Customer Service Executive

Location: Harlow, Essex

Responsibilities:

Booking Customers to meet you at the Dealership so you can show them the perfect vehicle.

Meeting with the customer and talking with them, finding out wishes and wants, going through the specs.

Knowing what the vehicle can do - good product knowledge is key but can be taught.

Introduce the customer to your Transaction Manager to complete the sales, finance, service and warranty/add-ons.

Accept the customer back and deal with all the Administration tasks, registering vehicles, taxing etc.
Complete Vehicle handovers and check that the customer is 100% happy
Understand our unique offerings and value proposition.

Requirements:
Energetic, customer-focused, with proven customer service experience.

Bring energy and enthusiasm.
Full driving license (Must Have).

Collaborate with the team for seamless customer service.
Achieve individual and team goals.

Hours/Days: 5 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays, (Weekend days can be taken off subject to a rota) Daily hours 9am-6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-4pm Sundays

Basis of up to 30,000 - dependant on experience plus a bonus scheme to be introduced after 3-6 months, allowing you to earn an OTE of c35,000.
