Job Title: Powder Coating Technician / Coating Machine Operator

The Role:
As a Powder Coating Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for applying a wide range of powder coatings to various parts, preparing them for shipping, and making sure every piece meets customer expectations. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team will help drive the success of our production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload parts to and from the conveyor line.
Mask and unmask parts following process guidelines.
Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Spray debris off parts and apply powder coatings per manufacturer specifications.
Ensure all work is produced in an environmentally controlled paint room.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to company procedures and safety regulations.
Provide input for improving line efficiency and product quality.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in powder coating is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable.
Basic computer skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
Must have reliable transportation.
