CNC Miller – Setter, Operator & Programmer (Mazatrol) – Aerospace Components

Location: Essex
Pay Rate: £18-£20 per hour + Overtime (1.5x)
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 7am-4pm, Friday: 7am-12pm (Overtime available: 1-2 hours per day)
Holidays: 5 weeks paid holiday

Hudson Shribman is looking for a skilled CNC Miller – Setter, Operator & Programmer to join a leading aerospace manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity to work with 3 & 5-axis machines using Mazatrol controls, producing medium to large batch components to high precision standards.

• Load programs, set tooling, and operate CNC milling machines (Mazatrol)
• Work on 3 & 5-axis CNC machines
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Ensure quality and precision in aerospace component machining
• Perform machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues
• Some offline programming experience is desirable

• Competitive hourly rate (£18-£20 per hour)
• Overtime at 1.5x rate (1-2 hours available daily)
• Early finish on Fridays (12pm)
• 5 weeks holiday
