We are seeking a skilled interim Property Project Manager to lead the development of our clientsProperty Strategy, oversee and manage property development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, outstanding Property supplier relationships/networks and a proven track record in project management within the real estate or construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop and manage property project plans, timelines, and budgets - New Property development searches and/or expansion and growth of existing real estate.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Budget Management:
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial viability.
  • Compliance and Regulations:
    • Ensure projects comply with local, regional and national regulations.
    • Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  • Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Quality Control:
    • Monitor construction activities to ensure quality standards are met.
    • Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead project teams, facilitating collaboration and communication.
    • Mentor junior staff and manage subcontractors effectively.

You will have a Degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business or a related field, alongside significant experience in commerical property project management. Healthcare sector experience would be beneficial. You will have strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and relevant regulations. PMP or similar project management certification would also be an advantage.

As this is an interim role, you will be able to start with little or no notice.
