4Site Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading interior fit-out construction company. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in construction to oversee and manage all aspects of contracts, from initiation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, from inception through to completion.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and suppliers.
- Draft and review contractual agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure obligations are met by all parties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance on contract matters to project managers and other team members.
- Use project management tools to track milestones and progress.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in contract management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of building effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Project management experience is advantageous.
