    As you will be the first line of contact, we are looking for excellent communication skills and you must be customer focused.

    You will be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service.  You will be supporting colleagues with enquiries as well as obtaining, analysing and verifying the accuracy of information submitted in a timely manner.

    As well as industry training, we can offer you a salary of up to £24,000 DOE, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, parking on site and company pension

    Key Duties

    Support the Team in the delivery of effective and efficient policy administration

    Timely completion of broker requests to amend or cancel policies

    Enforcement of cancellations due to non-payment, non-disclosure or non-provision of documents

    Dealing professionally with queries and maintaining close relationships with the sales and service teams

    Ensuring Compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines 

    Record all correspondence to create a clear audit trail for the Underwriting Team 

    No specific prior experience is required, and full training will be provided.  Ideally you will be customer focussed with a positive attitude and be comfortable both working with numbers and using Microsoft packages.
