A brand-new Customer Service role is now available for this Harlow based company, you will be the first line of contact for the team you are supporting so if you love talking and want to utilise your excellent communication skills, come and join the team!!

You will be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service. You will be supporting colleagues with enquiries as well as obtaining, analysing, and verifying the accuracy of information submitted in a timely manner.

As well as full industry training, you will initially receive a £23,000 salary, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, parking on site plus company pension

Key Duties

Support the Team in the delivery of effective and efficient policy admin

Timely completion of amendments or cancellations

Enforcement of cancellations due to non-payment, non-disclosure, or non-provision of documents

Dealing professionally with queries and maintaining close relationships with the sales and service teams

Ensuring Compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines 

Record all correspondence to create a clear audit trail for the Underwriting Team 

No specific prior experience is required, and full training will be provided. you will however have; Customer focus

Strong confident communication

High level of accuracy

IT literate with confidence using Microsoft packages

Positive attitude

Comfortable working with numbers
