Customer Service duties are;
- Building strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver excellent customer service.
- Keeping communication clear, professional, and responsive across all channels.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting key updates to clients and partners.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
- Anticipating challenges and taking proactive steps to support our clients.

Salary & benefits:Â
£23,800 increasing to £25000 after successful probation (6 months)
