We are looking for Customer Centric individuals can provide the 4 Cs of great Customer Service i.e. customer experience, conversation, content and collaboration, is this you?

Customer Service duties are;

  • Building strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Keeping communication clear, professional, and responsive across all channels.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting key updates to clients and partners.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Anticipating challenges and taking proactive steps to support our clients.

Salary & benefits: 

£23,800 increasing to £25000 after successful probation (6 months)

HYBRID, 1 day working from home

21 days holiday – plus Bank Holidays
