Customer Service Agent

Location- Harlow ( Office based)

Salary- 24,570 plus potential bonus

Hours- Monday - Friday (Shifts- 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm)

Duties:

  • Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and polite manner (please note this is NOT a sales or cold calling role).
  • Helping the customers solve any problems by providing suitable solutions in order for the call to be successful.
  • Handling account queries and liaising with various departments.
  • Updating CMS System to ensure information up to date and accurate
  • Setting up payment arrangements and following all required procedures.
