We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer, supplying a loyal trade customer base. As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a Customer Services Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and exceptional service.

Your Role:

Customer & Sales Support

  • Handling a wide range of customer queries about products & services
  • Managing incoming calls & emails professionally and efficiently
  • Assisting with technical queries and advising customers on product options
  • Processing payments & invoices

Administrative Tasks

  • Managing appointments, meetings & schedules
  • Handling incoming & outgoing mail/packages
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the office

Technical Learning & Development

  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of the company’s products & manufacturing processes
  • Using this expertise to provide technical support to customers

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills - Clear, professional & confident
  • Organised & detail-oriented - Able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook etc)
  • Professional & approachable - You’ll be the face of customer service
  • Ability to sell and promote the companies products
  • Able to commute daily to Harlow
  • Previous experience in a manufacuring company selling to trade would be ideal

The Details:

  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
