We are supporting a growing company based in Waltham Abbey who is recruiting for a full time Administration Coordinator. This is a fully office based with position with free parking, working 37.5 hours Monday - Friday, 9am to 5:30pm and with a salary of 25,000.
Duties will include:
- Completing customer account reviews, ensuring all actions are completed and updating the system correctly
- Complete commercial account checks including adding limited company trading address to the system and ensuring all information is correct
- Address issues with overdue accounts and allocate when required
- Undertake quality assurance checks
- Support with the onboarding of new staff
