If so, we invite you to consider joining our clients team as a Contracts Manager.My client are a well-established building services maintenance companySalary: Up to £55kHours: 8am – 5pmLocation: Office-basedReporting to: Senior ManagementMain Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage contract renewals, amendments, and documentation to ensure accuracy and profitability
  • Conduct surveys for new contracts, generating asset lists and price frameworks for M&E plant or systems
  • Support additional work requests by generating quotations and liaising with clients to meet their budgets
  • Provide reports on plant condition, life expectancy, and safety innovations, offering competitive recommendations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
  • Conduct site audits focusing on quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards
  • Identify health and safety risks, ensuring necessary actions are taken
  • Maximise opportunities for contract development and re-tendering success
  • Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as part of the management team
Requirements:
  • Authorisation to work in the UK
  • Minimum Level 3 trade qualification in at least one discipline
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in building services
