- Effectively manage contract renewals, amendments, and documentation to ensure accuracy and profitability
- Conduct surveys for new contracts, generating asset lists and price frameworks for M&E plant or systems
- Support additional work requests by generating quotations and liaising with clients to meet their budgets
- Provide reports on plant condition, life expectancy, and safety innovations, offering competitive recommendations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Conduct site audits focusing on quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards
- Identify health and safety risks, ensuring necessary actions are taken
- Maximise opportunities for contract development and re-tendering success
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as part of the management team
- Authorisation to work in the UK
- Minimum Level 3 trade qualification in at least one discipline
- Full UK driving licence
- Extensive knowledge and experience in building services
