Effectively manage contract renewals, amendments, and documentation to ensure accuracy and profitability
Conduct surveys for new contracts, generating asset lists and price frameworks for M&E plant or systems
Support additional work requests by generating quotations and liaising with clients to meet their budgets
Provide reports on plant condition, life expectancy, and safety innovations, offering competitive recommendations
Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
Conduct site audits focusing on quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards
Identify health and safety risks, ensuring necessary actions are taken
Maximise opportunities for contract development and re-tendering success
Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as part of the management team

Requirements:

Authorisation to work in the UK
Minimum Level 3 trade qualification in at least one discipline
Full UK driving licence
Extensive knowledge and experience in building services
