Sales Executive – B2BHarlow, Essex – Office Based£30,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Career Growth

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join an established and friendly sales team at a leading FMCG brand. This role offers plenty of scope to progress, making it the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on nurturing B2B accounts, driving growth, and working with an incredible, sought-after product range. If you have a positive attitude, a hunger to succeed, and love working with retailers, this could be your perfect next step!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build & Strengthen Relationships – Manage and grow a portfolio of national retailers, wholesalers, and online resellers.
  • Increase Brand Visibility – Support marketing activities, product demos, and training sessions alongside the global marketing team.
  • Drive Sales & Growth – Develop tailored business plans for each account to maximise revenue and opportunities.
  • Make an Impact – Ensure products stand out with promotional materials, branded displays, and strong presence.
  • On-the-Go Opportunities – Travel across the UK (1-2 days per month) to visit key accounts and attend exciting trade shows (4x per year).

What We're Looking For:

  • A driven, proactive mindset with a passion for sales and building relationships.
  • Some experience in account management, sales, or B2B customer relationships.
  • Confidence in closing deals and solving challenges to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and working to sales targets.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel when needed.
