Job Description: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team and provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years. The successful candidate will play a vital role in planning and delivering engaging activities, monitoring child development, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement stimulating activities that support children's development.
- Monitor and document children's progress, addressing individual needs.
- Ensure child safety by adhering to safeguarding policies.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child's well-being.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and resourceful nursery environment.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of EYFS and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
