Salary: £31,000 - £34,000 per year (OTE up to £50,000)

EFE Personnel is acting as an employment business, recruiting on behalf of our client. We are seeking experienced Plumbers & Leak Detection Engineers to join a professional and customer-focused team. This role involves carrying out a range of plumbing services, including reactive maintenance and repairs, for both domestic and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate, diagnose, and repair plumbing issues in residential and commercial premises.
  • Carry out all types of plumbing work, including tap replacements, cistern repairs, stopcock changes, installing cylinders, cold water storage tanks, showers, pumps, tiling, basic carpentry, and some plastering/patch work.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise.
  • Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety and quality procedures.
  • Accurately record work details via internal and client systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (6089/6129) or City & Guilds Craft Certificate in Plumbing.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the plumbing industry.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to provide copies of all relevant training certificates.
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS (CRB) check and financial screening upon successful application.
