Responsibilities:As a Finance Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
- Be the go to person for the business for all transaction processes
- Focusing on process development and compliance/controls within ERP transaction processing
- Support on business projects including all ERP system development & integrations
- Action new strategies and improve existing processes, integrate into the business whilst collaborating with the Financial Controller
- Ensure overseas counterparts are developing and ensure seamless reporting, analysis & intercompany to support growth
- Ensure processes and controls are in place, developed and planned for as the business grows
- Play a key role in automation, process improvements and international harmonisation
- Managing the Transactional Finance team ā UK based team of 3
- Liaise with finance team on Month end and general ledger transactions
- Assist with year-end close and delivery of clean audit
- Liaising with accountants& auditors
- Resolving accounts related queries
Key Project involvement:
- ERP and process transformation project
- Process improvement and automation of finance related tasks to help with business growth and streamline of processes
- SAP implementation / integration across intercompany
Requirements:As a Finance Operations Manager, you will need:
- Prior experience with process and system improvements to support long-term financial objectives
- Experienced with high volume transactions
- Understanding of end to end order to cash process
- Experience of managing people
- Ideally experience in a large, multi-site business
