Are you an experienced and ambitious Treasury professional seeking a new opportunity within a global organisation?

We have partnered with a highly successful, international business based on the Essex/Herts border who are seeking to recruit a Treasury Supervisor to join their team of 5, within a wider team of over 50.

With a number of recent projects and nearly doubling the size of their team, they are on the lookout for a Treasury Supervisor for their Essex based office. This position will report into the Treasury Manager within a team of 6, within a wider team of over 50. Operating on 3 days in, 2 days from home hybrid model, flexi working and a bonus incentive.

Responsibilities -

  • Supervise a team of 2 initially, with growth potential
  • Bank reconciliations, cash allocation, processing payments, general ledger entries
  • Collect supplier guarantees
  • Processing of payments within online banking platforms including AP runs, payroll or one-off payments, coordination of daily treasury queries
  • Assist with all internal and external audit requests
  • Prepare reporting for the balance sheet FX exposure
  • Assist in Cash-flow forecasting and consolidation of European entities, assisting the Treasury Manager to identify variances
  • Bank administration and regulatory reporting when required

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a small team
  • FX experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Excel skills
  • Experience in a large corporate or group business
