In this role, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of pupils with SEND, ensuring that every child can access the curriculum and make progress.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to participate in their learning journey.
• Work closely with support staff, including teaching assistants and external specialists, to provide personalised support to each pupil.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting your teaching strategies to meet the needs of each child and ensure they are progressing towards their goals.
• Liaise with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's development and working collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, sharing resources, ideas, and best practices to help create an inclusive and supportive school environment for all.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
