As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative tasks, including document production, communication, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Project Managers, clients, and end-users.
- Manage project documentation, including correspondence, quotations, orders, and project files.
- Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, and end-users to schedule appointments and ensure timely project completion.
- Track project finances, including billing, invoicing, and variations.
- Support Project Managers in meeting project forecasts and targets.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficient in use of Excel, intermediate level or above
- The ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
