- Update customers with estimated time of arrival of goods, follow-up with courtesy call once delivered
- Update quote, order and delivery logs
- Assist with incoming call enquiries
- Manage outstanding orders and allocation of stock
- Assist with database management, updating all customer communications
- Liaise with internal customers on warranty claims, spares enquiries, etc
- Responsible for day-to-day office administration
- Previous office administration experience would be an advantage
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Good time management
- Attention to detail
- Confident and pro-active on the phone
