Bodyshop Prepper needed in Harlow, Essex Our client is a well-established and trusted Accident Repair Centre committed to providing top-quality repairs to thier valued customers. They take pride in delivering exceptional service and have a reputation for excellence and are looking for a skilled and motivated Bodyshop Prepper to join their growing team!As a Bodyshop Prepper, you will be an essential part of the team, preparing vehicles for painting and finishing. Your main responsibility will be to clean, sand, mask, and apply primer to vehicles before they undergo the painting process. You will work closely with skilled technicians and ensure that all vehicles are ready for the next stages of the repair process.What is in it for you as a Bodyshop Prepper?

Key Responsibilities as a Bodyshop Prepper will be:
  • Preparing vehicles by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces.
  • Removing rust and repairing minor bodywork as required.
  • Applying primer and other prep materials to surfaces before painting.
  • Ensuring vehicles are properly masked to avoid overspray.
  • Assisting with the disassembly and reassembly of parts of vehicles when necessary.
  • Ensuring a clean and organised workspace at all times.
  • Maintaining equipment and tools in good working condition.
  • Adhering to safety guidelines and using protective gear when required.
  • Supporting the team in general body shop tasks as needed.
