- Location: Harlow.
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience up to £35,000 p.a.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm.
Key Responsibilities of this Bodyshop Prepper role include:
- Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring all surfaces are clean and smooth.
- Mask and cover areas not to be painted, including windows, trim, and other sensitive areas.
- Prep and prime vehicles to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish.
- Work closely with painters and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Bodyshop Prepper or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of masking, prepping, and priming processes.
- Experience with sanding, buffing, and surface preparation.
- Ability to work with a variety of automotive body materials and finishes.
- Attention to detail and high-quality work standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A Full UK drivers license is essential.
