This DEMAND PLANNER role is based in HARLOW in Essex and the company is a global food and ingredients business. You will be given full training in this position and there are opportunities to grow in the role and in the business. The team is small and friendly too! You will be working in the shipping team which looks after delivery of goods to supermarket and restaurant clients all over the world. In this role you will do the order processing , chase up deliveries with the warehouse, deal with customer issues over the phone and via email and generally give a first class customer service to customers who have purchased cooking ingredientsThe role is fast-paced and rewarding and you will be given full trainingDutiesSales support administration

  • Answer customer enquiries about products. Sending out samples
  • Update customer information in the database
  • Provide information to customers about the status of their orders and deliveries
  • Organising deliveries and transportation of products
  • Use of Excel daily to track shipments Sales Admin/order Management
  • Use of Vlookup and other demand planning tools on Excel
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Prepare delivery documents and issue invoices to customers
  • Keep track orders to ensure timely deliveries

Responsibilities:REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced Excel ( including VLookup)
  • Some previous admin experience ( ideally demand planning )
