About the Role:

As an R.E Teacher, you will be responsible for:

- Planning and delivering engaging and comprehensive R.E lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.

- Encouraging students to explore and understand different religious beliefs and practices.

- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and open-mindedness.

- Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and enhance the R.E curriculum.

- Participating in school activities and events to enrich the students' educational experience.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate for the R.E Teacher role will have:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.

- Experience teaching religious education at the secondary level.

- A deep understanding of various religious traditions and the ability to present them impartially.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
