Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their growing team. Working as a sales advisor within our client's business, you will play a pivotal role in bringing new business in by calling new and existing clients within the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Contacting potential customers (businesses or individuals) to introduce products or services and gauge interest.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Setting up meetings or phone calls for sales representatives with qualified leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Asking questions to assess whether a potential customer is a good fit for the product or service being offered.
  • Database Management: Updating customer information in the CRM system and tracking interactions with leads.
  • Follow-up: Following up with leads who may not have responded initially, and nurturing the relationship to keep them engaged.
  • Product Knowledge: Having a strong understanding of the products or services to answer questions or overcome objections during calls.
  • Reporting: Reporting on the status of appointments set, sales goals, and any issues encountered during calls.
