A good client of ours based in Harlow are looking for a Scheduler..
You'll be an integral part of the Admin/Scheduling team.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling of jobs, so national geographical knowledge and previous experience is required
- Accepting incoming new-job requests via phone or email
- Liaising with Engineers & Project Managers
- Calling customers to book appointments and raising job sheets
- Answering emails and phone call queries relating to all aspects of client’s requirements
- Assisting with any other admin tasks, as required
This is a ASAP start -so ideally someone who is on no notice or very little notice due to the urgency.
