We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager for social housing properties where you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of properties, while also providing excellent customer service to tenants.

Property Manager Social Housing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of social housing properties

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies

• Develop and implement property management plans, budgets, and strategies

• Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance or repair issues

• Manage tenant relations and handle any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective services

• Monitor rent collection and ensure timely payments from tenants

• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to property management

• Stay updated on market trends and make recommendations for rent adjustments

Property Manager Social Housing

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in property management, preferably in social housing

• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software

• Proven track record of successful tenant relations and customer service

• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
