Design Engineer – Product InnovationAre you a skilled Design Engineer looking to work on innovative products in a dynamic industry? We are working with a global leader in the design and manufacture of vision systems for the commercial vehicle industry. They are seeking a Design Engineer to join their team in Harlow and contribute to cutting-edge product development.About the Role:In this role, you’ll be involved in designing and prototyping innovative products, generating design and test specifications, and managing product life-cycle changes. You’ll use SolidWorks CAD software (with some use of Creo) to produce designs and prototypes, liaise with suppliers, and oversee compliance testing. From concept to completion, you’ll ensure projects meet high standards of innovation and functionality.Key Responsibilities:

Design and prototype innovative products using SolidWorks (and some Creo).
Generate detailed design and test specifications.
Liaise with suppliers and oversee compliance testing.
Manage product life-cycle changes, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in product or lighting design, with proficiency in SolidWorks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to progress projects from concept to completion.
Experience in product design across any industry is welcome.
