Profectus is working with a leading equipment manufacturer and is looking for an Inventory Administrator to join the team. Your role will be managing spare parts data, part descriptions, pricing, and orders.Responsibilities:
  • Manage spare parts on the database relating to equipment and suppliers.
  • Work with Procurement on spare part identification, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Carry out data mining activities and produce reports.
  • Assist with managing changes to order 
  • Support Procurement activities undertaken by the Technical Support team.
  • Innovate and streamline processes to ensure a timely response to requests for information, and safeguard data integrity.

  • Key experience with Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Able to manage and prioritise workloads.
