About the Role:As a Stock Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory and stock levels, ensuring that we have the right amount of stock available to meet their business needs. You'll be the go-to person for all things stock-related, working closely with our warehouse team to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct month-end stock takes across all sites, ensuring all areas are accurately counted.
  • Prepare stock locations for inventory with the warehouse staff.
  • Monitor stock returns and ensure timely completion.
  • Investigate and report any picking errors to enhance accuracy.
  • Perform regular spot checks and review out-of-date stock.
  • Liaise with auditors at year-end to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate stock records in Unity ERP to facilitate order processing.
  • Carry out packing and ingredients purchasing for both sites.
  • Participate in stock control projects as needed.
