About Our Client:

Our client is a small and friendly legal practise with over 46 years of establishment. As a traditional high street firm, they have built a strong local client base. They are currently seeking a Secretary to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings
  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence
  • Drafting and formatting legal documents and letters
  • Maintaining accurate client records and files
  • Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
  • Undertaking research and preparing relevant materials as required
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Advanced proficiency in English language
  • Proven experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite

  • Prior experience in a legal practise
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and processes
  • Familiarity with case management systems
  • Experience in client relationship management
