Role: Trainee Maintenance Engineer
Shift: Mon-Fri Days (8-5)
Salary: Up to £33,000 (+ O.T 1.5)

Our client has a clear, structured plan to invest in their workshop, upgrading their equipment/facilities and specific training courses to put you on so you can grow your skills!
The Role
As a Trainee Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working with mechanical components such as valves, bearings, cylinders, rollers, hydraulic equipment etc.
- Travelling to perform on-site installations or maintenance
- Working with a team on machines such as large industrial crushers, compactors, balers, grinders etc.
- Performing Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance
About You
The ideal Trainee Maintenance Engineer will have the following:
- No formal qualifications required – get trained by the company!
- Experience working within maintenance or engineering
- A sound understanding of mechanical components
- Previous waste experience is beneficial, though not essential
