About Us:
We are a dynamic company seeking a multi-talented Production Team member who will also serve as an Assistant Workshop Manager. Join us to support in all aspects of production build, both in the workshop and onsite, as directed by the Workshop Manager. This hands-on role encompasses a wide range of tasks, from prop making and CAD drawing to carpentry and metalworking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform practical tasks in the workshop and onsite.
- Assist the Workshop Manager with production builds, general workshop responsibilities, and onsite work.
- Engage in prop making, CAD drawing, carpentry, metalworking, head rigging, spray painting, scenic finishes, paint management, CNC & Laser cutter operation, vinyling, installation crewing, and lead carpentry.
- Drive the company van, assist with loads & unloads, and manage stock control and assets.
- Develop practical skills including scenic, LX, sound & electronics.
- Work in line with the Company sustainability policy, minimising wastage and organising off-cuts of production material for reuse.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance and maintain quality control for all projects.

Essential Requirements:
- Perform practical tasks in the workshop.
- Manage and understand paint & materials.
- Communicate effectively, including with subcontractors.
- Be organised and effective in the role.
- Maintain a sustainable approach to working.
- Hold high levels of attention to detail and quality control.
- Work in a fast-paced industry with a flexible approach.
- Meet deadlines and learn technical production skills.
- Be a positive part of the team and take direction from Management.
- Remain professional at all times, even under pressure.
- Act as a positive ambassador for the Company.
- GCSEs including English & Maths or equivalent.
- Full clean driving license.

Desirable:
- Experience driving a Luton Van.
