- Serve as the main point of contact for Project Managers, Clients, and Sub-Contractors.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the project life cycle.
- Organise and compile job packs for engineering, and arrange appointments with client residents.
- Manage project completion processes, including accurate billing and the preparation of O&M Manuals.
- Update the progress of individual installation projects using Excel tracking documents.
- Handle sales documentation and support new order processing.
- Order equipment and schedule labour as directed by Project Managers, ensuring adherence to budgeted costs.
- Maintain up-to-date project files in compliance with NSI and BAFE standards for inspections and audits.
- Liaise with clients, QS’s, and consultants regarding billing and project variations.
- Monitor and update project forecast and actual figures, reporting underperformance to the Head of Projects.
- Manage subcontractor invoices against completion of works using their Compleat system.
- Accurately maintain records in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with departmental processes and effective communication at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and a common-sense approach to work tasks.
- Tenacity in obtaining and verifying required information.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to the team.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
