Location: Essex
Remuneration: £75,000 £100,000 (depending on experience) + project related bonus

The role of the Senior Contracts Manager Flat Roofing Systems will involve:
Senior Contracts Manager position dealing with various flat roofing systems such as: bitumen membrane systems, single ply systems, hot melt waterproofing, cold applied liquid systems, insulation & green roofs
- Overseeing all aspects of the Contracts Team: management, surveying, financial, contractual, planning, leadership and communication
Regular liaison with Contracts Manager and Site Supervisor
- Assisting with the preparation of quality bids, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and other presentations as required
- Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
- Responsible for accepting, approving, and issuing contracts and subcontracts
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conducting regular site visits to all projects to ensure that they are running smoothly
- Responsible for providing accurate information for regional monthly appraisals and various other reports
- Managing projects ranging in value from £50k up to £2.5m
The ideal applicant will be Senior Contracts Manager Facades and Cladding with:
Must have 5+ years Contracts Management experience within the construction industry
Must have 5+ years experience within the flat roofing market sector
Must be confident in resolving any project related issues in a professional manor
Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Effective time management, leadership and organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a team
