Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Ecommerce Executive to join the professional team. The role involves managing product uploads, ensuring up-to-date product information, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to the improvement of ecommerce platforms. After the probationary period, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from home one day a week.

Responsibilities
  • Managing product uploads and creating product upload files, including images and extended fields for each ecommerce site
  • Ensuring sites offer up-to-date product information and content
  • Assisting in managing the ticketing system and updating the web development queue sheet
  • Helping manage landing pages for emails and PPC
  • Reporting on traffic behavior and using onsite analytics to make recommendations about site structure
  • Conducting regular site usability and functionality testing
  • Writing progress reports on outstanding projects and leading retrospective activities
  • Researching website initiatives to improve the customer journey
  • Assisting in creating web development projects and tickets on JIRA
  • Implementing more efficient working processes and undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of ecommerce projects
  • Assisting in investigating and fixing web-related issues
  • Being available outside of normal business hours to respond to critical system alerts
Qualifications
  • Ecommerce related degree
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Motivated with a 'can do' attitude
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Good understanding of Excel functions
  • Technical knowledge of how the internet works
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and other website languages
