We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a brand new, standalone role as we transition our marketing in-house after years of outsourcing. We are looking for a Marketing Maverick who can take the reins and continue to push our brand forward.

Day-to-day of the role:

Manage and grow all social media platforms, ensuring strong engagement and growth, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential buyers.
Execute and develop creative marketing campaigns, including graphics, videos, and engaging storyboards (with static and video animations), from concept through execution.
Gain new customers and monitor these with a monthly report.
Run marketing campaigns from concept through execution, analysing and acting on results.
Monitor and track progress on campaigns.
Target and engage end-user markets effectively, driving inquiries to the in-house team.
Conduct regular competitor and industry trend analysis to keep campaigns relevant and effective.
Produce and publish newsletters.
Provide weekly reports on progress, activities, and inquiries generated.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve engagement.
Engage in networking activities and outbound marketing initiatives to identify and connect with potential buyers.
Continuously research and adapt to the latest marketing and technology trends to ensure competitive campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Social media experience across all platforms.
Skilled in graphic design and video production tools.
Creative, outside-the-box mindset.
Inquisitive, proactive, and innovative in finding and addressing business needs.
Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the technology or networking sector, is a strong advantage.
