Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in coordinating and leading a marketing or creative team.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, fostering collaboration across teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing marketing materials.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies, including content creation and audience engagement.
