We work with a variety of clients, including blue-chip companies, the military, local businesses, farms, leisure centres, and more.This varied role combines office management with fieldwork. You will be responsible for supervising engineers on customer sites, preparing quotations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that high-quality work is delivered. The role also involves administrative tasks, team development, and spending time in the field with the engineering team to ensure operational success.This role would suit someone who has previously held a management/supervisory position with a background in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial maintenance and is looking to join a close-knit company.The Role:

  • Oversee contracts across multiple engineering projects.
  • Supervise and sign off on work completed by engineers and contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Develop accurate quotations and procurement of materials.

The Person:

  • Background in Electrical and Mechanical maintenance
  • Previous background in a supervisory position or higher
  • Commutable to Harlow, Full UK license
