Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teachers to work with us. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to pupils, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment and supporting students' academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Create a safe, stimulatingand inclusive learning environment.
  • Encourage positive behaviour management strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parentsand external professionals to support students' development.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and report to parents/guardians as required.
  • Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure the welfare of all students.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A passion for teaching and commitment to student progress and well-being.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
