Job Summary
A well-established, patient-centred medical practice in Harlow is looking for a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse to join its dynamic healthcare team. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing services, including wound care, immunisations, and routine health screenings.
Conduct patient assessments, develop personalised care plans, and support a holistic, patient-centred approach.
Work closely with GPs, healthcare assistants, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications and Experience
