- Salary: 23,000 plus bonus/commission.
- 28 days of holiday, inclusive of bank holidays.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive to join a growing business in Harlow on a full-time basis. This role involves contacting new and existing clients within the commercial sector to generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Cold Calling: Engage with potential customers (businesses or individuals) to introduce products or services.
- Appointment Scheduling: Set up meetings or phone calls for sales representatives with qualified leads.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects by asking pertinent questions.
- Database Management: Update customer details and track interactions within the CRM system.
- Follow-up: Reconnect with leads who may not have responded initially, building relationships to maintain engagement.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of products or services to address queries or overcome objections during calls.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on appointment setting, progress toward goals, and issues encountered.
