Office Administration - Call Scheduler
Looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work in an office in Harlow responsible for scheduling service calls on behalf of retail clients on their AV and TV reception equipment.
As the customers operate 7 days a week, you will be required to join the Weekend overtime rotation paid at £135 for Saturdays and £180 extra for a Sunday approx. 1 in 5 weekends (around an extra £315 in overtime per month).
Standard hours are 08:30 - 17:30 Mon - Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling of jobs, to a national team of Field Service Engineers
- Record incoming new-job requests via phone or email
- Liaising with Engineers & Project Managers
- Calling customers to book appointments and raising job sheets
- Answering emails and phone call queries relating to all aspects of client’s requirements
- Assisting with any other admin tasks, as required
Basic Salary £26000, increasing to £26500 upon successful completion of probation.
This is a full time PAYE permanent position, with initially 20 days holiday.
6 month probation
AE pension after 3 months.

This is an office based job, as there is poor public transport a car driver / own transport or walkable distance candidate is preferred.
